Shipping and Refund Policy

Preamble

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. All returns must have prepaid shipping and insurance (if applicable). If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling fees that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange. If eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price (via the original payment method).

Article 1 – Return of Unopened Items

We only accept returns of items sent back within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.


Article 2 – Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase using the phone number or email provided and describe the issue. We will then instruct you on how to return the item.


Article 3 – Shipping

If a customer wishes to return a product purchased on the website for any reason, the customer must first inform the seller to receive return instructions. If a product is returned without prior notice, the seller may refuse the package and decline the refund.

We are not liable for any loss or damage during transit. If your return qualifies for a refund, it will not include shipping and handling fees listed on your packing slip or invoice.

Article 4 – Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If a refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the refunded amount does not include shipping costs. It may take up to 30 business days after our confirmation email for the refund to be processed.

If an exchange is approved, a replacement item will be sent to your original shipping address.


Article 5 – Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, who will then be informed of your return.


Article 6 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Custom-made items based on our product catalog are not eligible for return or refund. These items are considered final sale. However, personalized products remain protected by the conformity guarantee outlined in our general terms of sale.

Additionally, the company is not required to refund any extra fees if the consumer explicitly chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard one offered.
