Images and graphics are for illustration purposes and are not contractually binding. The client must refer to the product description for its essential characteristics. In accordance with the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code, digital content means: any tangible movable item that incorporates or is interconnected with digital content or services in such a way that the absence of that content/service would prevent the item from functioning properly.

Article 10 - Payment
Orders require full prepayment. Accepted methods are listed on the site (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Special offers may apply and are time-limited. Coupon codes are single-use and non-transferable.
For suspected fraud or unresolved payments, orders may be suspended.
Article 11 - Product Availability and Refunds

Article 12 - Delivery

Article 14 - Product Warranty
14.1 Legal Warranty of Conformity
Applies for two years after delivery. The customer may request repair, replacement, or refund. Non-compliant items include removal and reinstallation costs if applicable.
14.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects
Covers defects not apparent at purchase. Valid for two years from discovery. Remedies include price reduction or sale cancellation.
Article 15 - Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 days from delivery to return products for refund/exchange. Items must be in resale condition with original packaging. Returns are at the buyer’s expense.
Refunds (excluding return shipping) are issued within 30 days.
Exceptions include: personalized items, perishables, sealed goods opened post-delivery, digital content, etc. (per Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 16 - Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
Events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, transport issues) may suspend obligations. If force majeure lasts over 90 days, either party may cancel the contract.
Significant cost changes in raw materials may justify contract renegotiation.
Article 17 - Intellectual Property
